Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks DVD Now in Stores + Contest!

The Rainbow Rocks DVD is now in stores and available for purchase as a digital download. I'm really pleased with how quickly the DVDs seem to be getting released here in the UK now, a few years ago we wouldn't have ever imagined this!

To celebrate, we're holding a contest to give away a copy of the DVD!

Dimensions are  851 x 315 pixels and our only requirement is you include the header "Bronies UK Group" somewhere on the banner. Deadline will be announced later, for now assume about two weeks.

MLP: FiM The Return of Harmony now out on DVD + Contest!

Really pleased that these DVDs are finally coming out over here in the UK. I was surprised how quick I saw them pop up in stores back when Primal released their first batch last year. Below catch a press release, they mention this one comes with a special pony toy of sorts, which sounds epic.

Primal Screen, the distributors, are sending us a couple of copies to giveaway! So lets have a contest!
Under the press release you'll find a reference of our mascot Albion's Pride, if you can draw her doing something epic, you'll be in for a chance in getting one of these DVDs. Email entries to rothstein@bronies.org.uk

Sonic Rainboom DVD now in Stores! + Contest

So the awesome guys over at Primal Screen, the UK DVD distributors, are releasing some new My Little Pony DVDs and have kindly offered to send us some to give away as prizes!
You should be seeing their DVDs popping up all about the place over the next few weeks. The new one is "Sonic Rainboom" which comes with a total of ten episodes on two disks with over 220 minutes of pony goodness. They're available now in many different retailers and online.

Now, a contest is not a contest without a brilliantly brainstormed task for you guys to do.

But, I think we'll keep it rather simple! We'll have to do a massive give-away one day, I promise, maybe include an extra horse.

If you want a chance to win one of three 10 episode DVDs simply send in a picture of some of your merch (such as a blind bag pony!) in either a hilarious situation or outside somewhere awesome.
You can have multiple entries but you can only win one of the three DVDs!

Nightmare Night Contest Winner Announced!

We're very pleased with all the entries, they were truly chilling! Been hiding under my bed for the last few weeks, I swear. All the ghosts and monsters are coming out later today. A real big thanks to all who entered! I wish I could send you all a prize! But sadly I don't have £80 spare to spend on Amazon gift vouchers. The winner, chosen by a vote of judges! Nightmare Night Banner contest!

It's almost everyone's favourite holiday and to celebrate we're hosting a contest to get people into the spin of things! Now, the site's looking a little dim I think, what it needs is a new banner, one fit for the season. So artists get your pencils at the ready! All entries will be taken into consideration and the winner will be chosen by a few admins. What's up for grabs as a prize? Yes, we actually have a prize sorted out for this one! The winner will receive a £10 Amazon gift e-voucher to spend on anything from Amazon, be it Pony merch, books, music or whatever. Depending on the response to this contest we might add more prizes.

Competition for BUCK!

We'll be hosting a contest during BUCK in a few weeks time. Keep an eye out for a note book being passed about, because that book is your chance to win! The games easy, in the book will be a word, your job is to reply to that word with another word that is associated with said word. Then you'll pass it along to a random person who'll do the same with you word, and so on and so on. Hopefully the book will make it's way back to myself or another Bronies UK admin at the After Convention Breakfast!

The winner will be who ever made the best, most amazing association. There'll be some nifty prizes up for grabs, so make sure you enter!

Outflanks Card Game Contest!

So, as some of you might have noticed over on the UKoE forums, a fellow by the name of Greetings and his team are creating quite an epic card game video game! Now, they've got to sort a few things out for the game so they have announced this contest! Basically, you send them your OC and if it's awesome enough it'll become one of the 20 archetypes or if it's super special it'll become one of the 6 virtues!

There's some pretty awesome people behind this game, so it'd be pretty awesome to have your OC in it.
